What happens to Jesus if he does not look like Christian Bale or Jim Caviezel?

Religion and religious have always sought a way to fix their mind on their God(s). Some of the orthodox churches are no exception to it. They have always included an image, statue, idol, and iconography part of their rituals and as an identification of religiosity. Propelled by Renaissance, with the power and wealth of Roman church, the artists went about expressing their mental image of Jesus (Yeshua * ) in an elegant and princely manner. Over a period of time Yeshua has become more westernized in our mind than what He was. We have idolized Yeshua with looks of Christian Bale, Jim Caviezel and the likes. However, now, the forensic experts have come up with an image of Yeshua — The Jesus, which can really puzzle your mind and your spirituality. There is an element of imagination that goes into our interaction with God. This being the fact, will you believe Yeshua in the form that your mind might see in future. Year 2016 is declared as a ‘Year of Pulses’ by UN — United Nations! Can someone provide a square meal for the refugees and homeless in conflict and draught zones. Please stop the war mongers from targeting the relief works like the one they did to MSF! No sanctions and bans for these humanitarian crimes! At least some resolutions following the UN conventions! Pope Francis has called for a special Jubilee year and it will be called a ‘Holy Year of Mercy’. Hope its own pastors show mercy and will enjoy their God’s mercy. I pray, let there be less crime and destruction in the name of God! I read somewhere ‘Know God! Know Peace!’. However, in reality, ‘Know God! No Peace!’. The nation really wants to know why do you exist. Just fyi - Chennai and TN - we are part of India. We feel proud to be part of India though you forgot the misery of thousands of flood victims across Tamil Nadu. You made stories out of the human misery as a breaking news. However, you fail to see the need for relief and rehab in ground zero (real - not the computer generated one ). Wish 'today' 'India' realizes how you galvanize us to things that are important for your well-wishers (advertisers) and movers and shakers (I saw a picture of one such man going by boat in his lungi with a smart phone and another had a miserable sendoff). Unseen heroes #HelpChennai - What about you ! ********************************************* More rains has washed this city over the last few days. However, that has produced more #Volunteers. Rain waters have turned an ordinary citizen into ’live saving heroes’. These heroes have faced quiet an ordeal. I am proud of these true citizens of India. They don’t need a #NationalMedia coverage or debate. For sure, they don’t want the nation to answer the big questions. They weren’t waiting for 2000 Crores. They didn’t wait for an aerial view. A team visit and assessment by bureaucrats wasn’t required for them to respond. They didn’t look at their tax contributions. In fact, they don’t care whether their employers will do their contribution or CSR. They heard the cry and they were there to support and save lives! Period. This evening we may have some continuous showers.  Again, this might be moderate - however, continuous. This will be the weather pattern through the night with some breaks. This rain effect will be more pronounced in Coastal belt of Chennai - ECR, OMR and South Chennai including some parts of North East Chennai. I wish I can be specific in the area and time when some of the rain fall is bit heavy.
